Ask one question before publishing: would a curious reader find this genuinely useful?
A clear point of view
Have a thesis — something worth arguing, explaining, or revealing. A strong perspective is what makes writing memorable.
Appropriate length
700–1,500 words works well for most topics. Every paragraph should earn its place.
Verifiable claims
Back significant claims with evidence. Specificity is always more powerful than assertion.
Context
Connect current events to bigger patterns — give readers something beyond the headline.

Flag content that breaks these rules using the report button. Minor issues get a chance to revise; serious or repeated violations may result in content removal or account review. If you believe a decision was made in error, reach out through the platform for a genuine review.
